I cannot take the credit for this next Christmas favorite. A friend of mine once gave platefuls of these away — I loved them immediately, but she refused to share the recipe.
Several years later I spotted them in my favorite cooking magazine — Taste of Home — and have been making them ever since. Click here for the recipe and a great picture.
I am taking these to a cookie exchange tomorrow. Mmm… Mmm
